Refund policy
Return Policy – 14 Days
We have a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Please include the invoice or a copy of it and tick the items you are returning.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you would like to exchange an item, please see the section below. We offer return labels at a cost depending on your country
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size? Please let us know by email. Once we have received the returned item in good condition, we will send you the desired size free of charge.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Almost all items in our shop can be returned or exchanged. The exception is personal care items. In our case, this means bra pads cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened, for hygienic reasons.
EU Legal Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
In addition to the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and approved your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If, due to a return, the minimum order amount required for free shipping is no longer met, we reserve the right to charge the original shipping costs and deduct them from the refund amount.
If your return is not accepted for any reason, you will receive an email notification from us.
